Training providers
Our training is delivered by freelance trainers who have both nursing and teaching qualifications in addition to many years experience in the delivery of Health and Social Care Training. We are a committed team with a mission to provide high quality interactive workshops with an aim to improve the knowledge, skills and confidence of your workforce.
Transferring Learning to the Workplace
We believe it is essential for learners to put the knowledge and skills they gain through us into practice. We are committed to providing team building systems, whereby their learning can be fully implemented in the workplace to provide improved quality care.
Tailored Training
Analysis of Training Needs
Enclosed with this pack you will find a ‘training needs profile’ to help us assess your initial training requirements. If your training needs are more complex we will arrange a visit to discuss and design a workshop that is specific to your organisation, (you may require workshops that are not covered in this information pack). The profile will outline ways in which we can assist with your development of staff training. Our training plan will include a schedule of proposed dates, venue and learning objectives for the workshop.
Delivery of Workshops
All of our workshops are interactive using a wide range of resources. Theory is delivered in a manner suitable to a range of learner abilities. Our workshops include worksheets and workbooks and where possible are clearly linked with underpinning knowledge for the new Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF). All training awareness workshops will meet best practice outcomes.
Certification
Our Certificates of Attendance will outline the learning objectives, state the guided learning hours covered and completed with each workshop.
Terms and Conditions
Once our proposal has been agreed we will forward our Terms and Conditions along with a copy for signature which will need to be signed and returned before any workshops commence.
